We tried to have the best offer from a competitor point of View (after all we are competitors as well).

Since we are expecting a large number of team members, We chose one 5 star Hotel as the Event Hotel, and the 4 star Hotel as the secondary Hotel which we assure, are the best deals in the area.

The 5 stars Plus Event Hotel, is a premium, with a Very Low special price (almost like the 4 stars Hotel)

** After filling all the rooms in the 5 Stars Event Hotel we will then fill the 4 stars Secondary Hotel.

We will start the registration immediately and give the best Fees for those who reserve first.

** Those who register late will still pay the same low rates but will be accommodated only at the 4 Star Secondary Hotel

In this case you will have the option to pay a Much Higher price for another 5 Star Hotel like the Le Meridian Hotel or the Daniel Hotel. The update rates will be sent to you directly by the Agency upon request only.

You will find a variety of options including triple rooms, Singles, Families, Children's etc.

After registration and just before the Event, we will publish rates for a supreme plus Dinners deal (in all the Hotels),if you want you will be able to reserve it ,there is no need to order now.

We always keep in Mind that you are tourists in Israel and there for deserve the best treatment and services.
We are planning and hoping that all the teams will opt to stay in the same hotel. (We only can strongly recommend that you choose to use this offer as opposed to somewhere else.)

We will always try to take care of any problems that team members may encounter. Therefore, to enable us to do this more efficiently, we prefer that all the teams stay at the same hotel and use the same services.

A shuttle bus will be available for the teams from the resort to the airfield and back every hour.

Please check, compare, and decide- this is not the same situation as at the former JWM !!!!

This time you really need to decide fast and respond as soon as possible because all the Hotels are located in a much desired Tourist resort and you might find your self with no accommodation or with very expensive rooms.

Due to limited Numbers of Discounted Rooms in the Event Hotel, we strongly recommend that you make your reservation immediately (which can always be cancelled later)

Reservation and full Fees: (please read carefully)

In all options, all special prices and rates for reservations at the event hotel officially apply for those who reserve until October 31st 2008.

All offers are Valid only for team Members (Team Managers, Pilots, Helpers, and Supporters) that will, appear on the team Registration forms.

It will be wise to reserve 10 nights at least, covering the Competition time and 2 spare nights (Naturally, you can reserve as many as you need)

All Forms will be handled by the Tourist Agency upon arrival and you will receive a confirmation document directly from the Agency.

All fees and charges do not include Vat; (All foreign Passport holders does not pay VAT at the Hotels. All Israeli residence needs to add the Vat)

Payments:

There are 2 Parts of payment:

1. First Payment (30%) to reserve the rooms:
As in all instances, the reservation for any hotel will require advanced payment (If you do cancel, you are eligible to pay the 30% as cancellation fee, (but at least you assured that you will have this option)

(You are advised to pay the reservation fees (30%) by credit card. If you prefer, you can make a money transfer directly to the Tourism Company. You will receive all the bank details after we will receive your full request form).

The reservation fees will be charged as soon as you send the reservation forms and by that securing your rooms in the hotel

Please Notice:

If you pay the reservation fee by Money Transfer, the rooms will be reserved upon the date of receiving the Transfer and not the date of sending the Form.

You need to follow up and make sure the agency receives the payment, it is advised to send a copy of the transaction proof form by Fax to: 972- 2-6250290 (att. Mrs. Kalgaban) accompanied with the reservation forms.

2. The rest of the full payment (70%) can be paid later in 2 ways:

      A. By Credit card or money transfer by April 30th 2009 (saving you trouble later)
      or
      B. At the hotel upon your arrival. *

* If you choose to pay in cash upon your arrival you will need to supply a Valid credit card Number for payment security in the registration form

All Cash payments will be done in Israeli currency "Shekels" (you can have the Money changed at the Hotel with one of our representatives)

Cancellation:

If you cancel your reservation before April 1st 2009 you will be charged only with the reservation fees you paid before.

If you cancel your reservation after April 1st 2009, or don’t show up at the Hotel, you will be charged an additional 20% from the total order value.

All prices will be calculated upon the exchange rates between the Israeli Currency and the Euro, valid on the date of payment. As for July 2008 the Euro is relatively stable, we can assume that by June 2009 you might pay the same or less in Euros because of the later getting stronger.
